1 Hour Private
In-Person Coaching

Investment: $175 for a 60-minute in person coaching session

Now, let’s put the leash in your hands! You know — without feeling like your arm will get ripped off.

Our one-hour private, in-person coaching sessions give us more time to identify the pain points you are experiencing, work through possible solutions, and focus on the skills that matter most to you and your dog.

These sessions are offered à la carte, giving you the flexibility to book support when you need it without committing to a package or ongoing schedule. They are a great fit for dog owners who want professional guidance but have the time and ability to practice and integrate training into their everyday lives.

During your session, we can troubleshoot specific behaviors, adjust your current training plan, work through challenges in real time, or build new skills based on your goals.

Every session includes a detailed recap of what we discussed, along with any relevant resources or recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to ask follow-up questions for up to one week after your appointment.

New students must complete a virtual coaching session before booking their first private, in-person appointment. Members of our K9 Guardian subscription do not need to complete virtual coaching first.

30 Min Private In-Person Coaching

Investment: $100 for a 30-minute In Person coaching session

Our 30-minute private, in-person training and coaching sessions are designed to help you make meaningful progress toward your goals with your dog.

These sessions are a great fit if you want to:

• Build the power of play with your dog
• Prepare for a private pack walk and work on neutrality before joining the larger group
• Explore scent work or scent games
• Practice public access skills, such as navigating Home Depot or relaxing on a restaurant patio
• Give your puppy a focused session for engagement, marker work, confidence building, and appropriate socialization
• Brush up on skills or troubleshoot a specific training challenge

A virtual coaching session is required before booking your first private session. This allows us to discuss your concerns, understand your goals, and create a thoughtful plan for you and your dog.

Members of our K9 Guardian subscription do not need to complete a virtual coaching session before booking.

Investment: $100 for a 45-minute virtual coaching session

Sometimes, you need an extra perspective for your pup (and pronto) because you may not have a quality trainer nearby.

We’ll spend 45 minutes actively talking so you can walk away with practical tools to correct unwanted behavior. This option is great for the first steps with puppy training, addressing “bad manners”, basic training questions, and more.

These sessions are less about teaching specific obedience skills and more about troubleshooting, management, behavior strategy, and helping you understand the "why" behind what you're seeing.

All sessions include a detailed recap of everything we discussed, along with any relevant resources. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask follow-up questions for up to one week after your appointment.

  • "For the Love of Dog has been a game changer for me and my dogs. I am so happy I sent Rocko and Jojo to Tiffany's board and train program. One of my dogs is incredibly leash reactive while the other one struggled with being nervous and lacking confidence.   • "Our dog completed a board and train and we were completely astounded. We followed Tiffany for a few months on social media before a consultation to watch and get a sense we’d align. She did a great job with our pup AND us. We went in prepared to change as people in addition to the change for our dog and Tiffany guided all of us. I loved the updates along the way and our dog will be going back this summer for a stay and play while we are on vacation. Can’t recommend enough especially when you need a trainer that understand reactive or easily triggered dogs. EDIT: Adding more to my review now that Dolores has returned from her time with Tiffany. We were so fortunate to have completed a board and train with Tiffany so we could take advantage of additional offerings. Other boarding was instigating some of our pup’s old behaviors.   • We are empathy-based trainers approaching each k9 guardian and their best friend as an individual resulting in a completely customized curriculum based on you and your dogs goals.

  • Our sessions are as follows:

    In-Person Coaching:

    • 30 Minutes or

    • 60 minutes

    Virtual Coaching:

    • 45 Minutes

    However, for younger dogs or dogs working through trauma we may break up 1 Hour In-Person Sessions into two sessions so we can work at the dogs comfort level.

  • We like to give you the freedom to schedule as you go! This allows for more flexibility.

    Sometimes owners just need one session to gain some insight on topic specific challenges they are having with the best friend.

  • Consider how busy you are. Do you have time to work with your dog?

    No matter which option you choose, you must have availability in your schedule to meet your dog halfway and learn your part to support them.
